2 round bread bowls (sourdough or French bread)
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice

Prepare the Bread Bowls – Cut the tops off the bread bowls and scoop out the inside, leaving a thick shell. Toast lightly in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.

Sauté the Shrimp – Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and set aside.

Make the Creamy Sauce – In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella, stirring until smooth.

Assemble the Bowls – Pour the creamy sauce into the toasted bread bowls, top with cooked shrimp, and sprinkle fresh parsley and lemon juice.

Broil & Serve – Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy the ultimate cheesy, seafood-packed bread bowl!
