2 round bread bowls (sourdough or French bread)
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Bread Bowls – Cut the tops off the bread bowls and scoop out the inside, leaving a thick shell. Toast lightly in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp – Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and set aside.
