🥗 Big Mac Salad
Ingredients:
For the Salad:
1 lb ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup dill pickles, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 sesame seed hamburger bun (optional, toasted & crumbled for crunch)
For the Big Mac Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped onion.
Stir and break apart the beef until browned. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
Make the Dressing:
3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
Assemble the Salad:
4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, cheddar cheese, pickles, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
5. Add the cooked beef on top.
Serve & Enjoy:
6. Drizzle the Big Mac dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
7. Top with crumbled toasted sesame bun for an authentic touch (optional).
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
