Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles 😋
Ingredients:
For the Beef Tips:
2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cubed
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
For the Noodles:
12 oz egg noodles
2 tbsp butter (for coating)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Beef Tips:
Sear the Meat (Optional): In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef tips for 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to the crockpot.
Add diced onions, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
Thicken the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into the crockpot.
Cover and cook on HIGH for another 15-20 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Cook the Noodles:
About 15 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter.
Serve:
Spoon the beef tips and gravy over the buttered noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
