One-Skillet Creamy BBQ Ranch Steak Pasta 🥩

Ingredients:
For the Steak & Sauce:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ small onion, diced
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup BBQ sauce
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the Pasta:
12 oz penne or rotini pasta
1 tbsp butter (for tossing)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp butter. Set aside.
Cook the Steak:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tbsp olive oil.
Add sliced steak, season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté onions for 2 minutes until soft.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, heavy cream, and beef broth. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Combine & Serve:
Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
