

Ingredients:
For the Sliders:
12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls)
1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
6 slices provolone cheese
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Prepare the Steak Filling:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sliced steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
Return steak to the skillet and mix well.
Assemble the Sliders:
6. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
7. Layer half of the provolone cheese over the buns.
8. Evenly spread the steak mixture on top, then add the remaining cheese.
9. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
Bake & Finish:
10. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
11. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
12. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
13. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve & Enjoy:
14. Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm!
